We cover all major agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, S@S, NEXUS, Large Scaled Scrum (LeSS), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), Agile Project Management (AgilePM), PRINCE2 Agile, alongside lightweight approaches like Team of Teams Design and Team Topologies.
In essence, these tools serve as our "toolbox" for scaling Agile and spearheading significant organizational change initiatives, employing methodologies such as PROSCI.

Miałem przyjemność uczestniczyć w szkoleniu M_o_R, które prowadził Mirek. Jeszcze nigdy nie trafił mi się tak proaktywny i zaangażowany prowadzący. Mirek chętnie dzieli się ogromną liczbą materiałów, które przygotowuje samodzielnie. Jest też gotów omawiać dany temat z różnych perspektyw, dodając wiele szczegółów wykraczających poza wąski zakres szkolenia. Mirek prowadzi zajęcia w sposób elastyczny, dostosowany do oczekiwań grupy i stosuje ciekawe, innowacyjne wręcz metody wpływania na zaangażowanie szkolonych 😉 Z krótkiego, 3-dniowego szkolenia, udało mi się wynieść więcej wiedzy na temat zależności między poszczególnymi tematami APMG, niż z wszystkich poprzednich szkoleń. Na pewno w przyszłości będę szukał szkoleń prowadzonych przez Mirka i polecał go innym osobom chcącym zdobyć certyfikację z jego obszarów wiedzy.

Mirosław has a great attitude and passion for conducting trainings. As a participant, I can say that it is not easy to get bored during the training so the knowledge is transferred in a very effective way. I was taking part in AgilePM accredited course led by Mirek. It was very valuable and profitable experience full of pragmatic approach to AgilePM / DSDM method and agile project management overall. Real life examples, best practices, failures to avoid shared by Mirek during the training provided me and other students know how of Agile philosophy.
Uczestniczyłem w szkoleniu AgilePM oraz AgileBA, które prowadził dla mojej firmy Mirek. Szkolenie było bardzo dobrze przeprowadzone - odpowiedni balans pomiędzy teorią oraz a częścią praktyczną (warsztaty). Mirek posiada bardzo dużą wiedzę merytoryczną oraz co najważniejsze wiedzę praktyczną (bardzo dużo opowiadał patternów oraz antypatternów w Agile) . Nie można zapomnieć o bardzo dobrych kompetencjach miękkich Mirka - prowadził szkolenie bardzo elastycznie i rzeczowo. Szkolenie było prowadzone zgodnie z planem, który był założony, ale jeśli grupa chciała bardziej dokładnie omówić jakieś zagadnienie to Mirek starał się dogłębnie je wyjaśnić. Serdecznie polecam Mirka jako trenera, fantastyczny człowiek z pasją i wybornym poczuciem humoru.
