In essence, these tools serve as our "toolbox" for scaling Agile and spearheading significant organizational change initiatives, employing methodologies such as PROSCI.

I had this opportunity of participating in Mirek's PSPO-I Exam Prep course. He was very helpful and patient with the group. He proved to be a real Scrum expert (especially in product ownership) by supporting his words with real life examples based on his own experience. Another great advantage of having him as a trainer, is that he's sharing all of his knowledge with you, even in areas that are outside the scope of training (book titles, mind maps, useful links etc.). Thanks to Mirek's training and some home studying I was able to successfully pass the PSPO-I exam. I can truly recommend him as a trainer and Agile coach.
